Nearly OVER!!!

1) I have 1 week of regular class then 3 days of finals!

2) My kids are so much fun!

3) A fun new haircut & color.

4) Running is going well.

5) Feeling optimistic about losing big over my 5 week Christmas break.

Happy Halloween!

1) A fun Halloween with the kiddos.

2) That the Halloween festivities are over! (6 parties in 5 days, my oh my!)

3) That couponing allows me to save SO MUCH!

4) That it's not as cold here as it would be if we still lived in Ohio.

5) That I have a wonderful husband.

Staying Energized

1) My aunt got married for the first time last weekend. She waited 50 years for the right man and God brought them together in his perfect timing!

2) My kids now go to school/daycare in the city I work in.

3) A husband who continues to provide for us, even when he doesn't love going to work each day.

4) The financial freedom to quit tutoring and focus on my real job and my family and sleep!

5) A body physically capable of running the 5K I am training to run next weekend.

So Much Sadness

1) My nephew Caleb (3 mo old) who died 3 days ago is with Jesus.

2) My children.

3) My home.

4) No more tutoring!

5) Upcoming family vacation and subsequent trip to see friends in Ohio.

Wrapping Things Up

1) Finals week!

2) Summers off!

3) Ethiopia missions trip.

4) 2 Amazing and beautiful kids.

5) An understanding and loving husband.

Maybe Some Closure

1) School ends in 9 regular days + 3 days of finals.

2) I head to Ethiopia in 3 weeks + 4 days. (Kind of nervous about that one though too!)

3) Our deed in lieu was approved (we will sign it only under certain conditions, though, which we don't know the status of yet).

4) Couponing is saving me SOOOOO much money! And it's fun too!

5) I have started running and I am doing better than I have when I have tried before.

Lots to be Thankful For

1. Looks like our house is going bye, bye! Kind of holding my breathe on this though.

2. Kids are all healthy.

3. My newest nephew was born 24 days early on Sunday night, but very healthy!

4. I got my contract for next school year, with a 2% cost of living increase.

5. Spring Break is next week!

Ho Hum

1. Jeff has mono (this is a + considering that he was fearing cancer when he went to the doc).

2. Spring semester craziness has begun!

3. Lost 1 pound this week.

4. Getting addicted to couponing! Saving so much money feels so good!

5. Kids have been quite pleasant when I have got them up this week.

Not Feeling Too Hot!

This is going to be difficult today, which is why I think I need to do it.

1. A loss of 0.8 pounds this week.

2. God is still in control.

3. Jeff was able to get a cheap ticket back to Ohio to go do some touch ups to the house.

4. 10 years from now this will all just be a distant memory.

Great Day!

1. Adorable kids (mine of course)!

2. A great dinner with college students at Chili's.

3. Surprising my kids with Coldstone today.

4. Unforeseen opportunities to pay more on our Ohio house.

5. A showing yesterday where someone loved our house.

Woo Hoo!

1. Lost 2 pounds in New Orleans, and I don't want it back!

2. Got our bank to agree to refund a mistake they made.

3. After closing on our house there was a wait period and I think the money to pay my in-laws back will be available Thursday or Friday.

4. Tax refund situation is looking good!

5. People keep looking at our house in Ohio.

Mixed Emotions

1. Going to a Conference with a friend tomorrow.

2. A break from my kids (but I know I will regret this as soon as I leave).

3. Closing on our OK house today.

4. We paid off my car on December 31, so no more non-house debt!

5. That we have a plan for how to throw more money at the OH house mortgage.
